Mr. Lattimer has been with Five Mile since inception in 2003. Prior to Five Mile, he served as Vice President in Real Estate Structured Finance at ING Capital LLC, where he was responsible for structured real estate debt transactions. Prior to joining ING, he worked for five years as Assistant Vice President in the Real Estate Group of PaineWebber. For the six years preceding, he served as a Property Manager at JMB Realty Corporation, where he managed a portfolio of institutional quality and value-added properties in a number of Northeastern U.S. markets. Mr. Lattimer holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Marketing from Ohio State University.
